The proposed use of the premises, on a 24 hour basis, as a taxi booking office and a taxi garage would be detrimental to the residential amenities at present enjoyed by the occupiers of the nearby dwellings through the generation of additional traffic and increased danger in an area which suffers from high levels of on-street parking,especially in the summer months, and by reason of late night noise and general disturbance.
