| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 1119:1D, received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th December 1997. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt, in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in the interests of people with disabilities. |
| 3. | The `granny annexe' hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of Jubilee Cottage, 30 Wapping, Ormesby St. Margaret, or their dependants, as ancillary accommodation to the existing dwelling and shall not be let separately as a dwellinghouse or for holiday purposes.
