| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The proposed vehicular access/footway crossing shall be constructed to
Norfolk County Council residential access specification.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure a satisfactorily constructed access. |
| 3. | The existing highway boundary between the existing footway and the proposed
car parking bays shall be demarcated on site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | Prior to being discharged to into any watercourse, surface water sewer or
soakaway system, all surface water drainage from impermeable parking areas
and hard standings shall be passed through trapped gullies with an overall
compatible with the site being trained.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the proper drainage of the areas involved. |
| 5. | Dropped kerbs shall be installed in the positions shown on the attached
plan.
The reason for the condition is:-
To assist access for pushchairs, wheelchairs, etc. |
