1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Details of the following items shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to work on that part of the development taking place:- - all internal and external joinery - brick work repairs and repointing (including mortar mix) - roof repairs - external lighting - new access steps, infill balustrade, access ramps, new enclosing walls and main entrance steps. - samples of all materials used (eg. bricks, roof coverings, parapet and paving stones). - details of all paint colours and decoration types (including gilding, graining, marbling, etc.).
