1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted drawings showing the precise height of the proposed conservatory shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and works shall be carried strictly in accordance with such details as may be agreed.
