| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the

Region regarding the the need to check for the presence of landfill gas
prior to the undertaking of any works (letter attached).
2. If it transpires that any part of the proposed extension would encroach
upon or overhang the adjoining property, the consent of the owner(s) of
that property must first be obtained.
