1.	This permission expires on 4th August 1998 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the mobile home shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the development does not prejudice the existing and emergent policies of the non-statutory Caister-on-Sea Local Plan and the Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan which seek to secure the provision of suitable access arrangements for all areas of new development, and in order to retain control over the structure which is constructed of relatively short-lived materials.
2.	The occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to the owner(s) or manager/employee of the Tower Caravan Park or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site as permission has only been granted in this instance to meet a specific need.
