| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan No.97-664-03 Rev.A.received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th. July 1997. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The ramp indicated on the approved plan at the rear of the premises shall be a movable structure which shall be utilised only during loading/unloading operations and the ramp shall be removed and stored within the building at all other times. The reason for the condition is :- In the intersts of the visual amenities of the locality and in the interests of pedestrian safety. |
