| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the erection of the shop blinds details of the materials, colour and fixing positions shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in accordance with these agreed details. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the satisfactory appearance of the development. |
