1.	This permission expires on 31st August 1998 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and the temporary buildings removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded of the need to submit a planning application in respect of the provision of any hard surfacing to the yard together with any wash down areas to be provided. The Environment Agency advise:- Any facilities, above ground, for the storage of oils, fuels or chemicals shall be sited on impervious base and surrounded by impervious walls. The volume of the bunded compound should be at least equivalent to the capacity of the tank plus 10%. All filling points, vents, gauges and sight glasses must be located within the bund. The drainage system of the bund shall be sealed with no discharge to any watercourse, land or underground strata. Associated pipework should be located above ground and protected from accidental damage. All filling points and tank overflow pipe outlet should be detailed to discharge in the bund. Prior to being discharged into any watercourse, surface water sewer or soakaway system, all surface water drainage from parking areas and hard standings suceptible to oil contamination shall be passed through an oil seporator designed and constructed to have a capacity and details compatible with the site being drained. Roof water shall not pass through the interceptor. Only clean uncontaminated surface water, should discharge to any soakaway watercourse or surface water sewer.
