| 1. | The maximum luminance of the sign shall not exceed 600 cd/m2 and a minimum clearance of 2.44 metres shall be maintained between the proposed sign and the adjacent footway. No light source shall be directly visible to drivers on the adjacent carriageway. The lighting shall be static and not intermittent.
