1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has suggested that in the interests of the disabled the development should include :- a) ramped approaches b) level standings at doorways c) flush thresholds d) wide easy to open doors (900mm.preferred.) e) 1200mm.corridoor,and f) toilets to Part M of the Building Regulations.
