1.	This permission insofar as it relates to the siting of the container shown on the approved plan is for a temporary period expiring on 31st. May 2000 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the structure shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the structure which is of a temporary nature in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2.	The storage use hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the access and hardstanding have been constructed in accordance with the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety.
