| 1. | The maximum luminance of the signs shall not exceed the following values :- a) projecting sign - 800 cd/m2. b) fascia sign - 600 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |
| 2. | The signs shall not be displayed other than in accordance with the drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 15th.May 1997. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. Informative Note. The Norfolk County Council has indicated that it reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act to remove any sign causing obstruction or nuisance. |
