| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The proposed hardsanding area shall be laid out before the unit hereby permitted is first brought into operation. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of a suitable vehicle manouvering area. |
| 3. | The workwear unit hereby permitted shall only be used in conjunction with the applicants' adjacent laundry premises unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer requests the following matters are taken into account in the development to improve access for wheelchair users, as follows:- a) ramped approaches b) level standings at doorways c) flush thresholds d) wide (900mm) easy to open doors e) the toilet accommodation should be modified so that one of the units - ladies - has 2m x 1.5m internal size and equipment for people with disabilities - all to part `m' of the Building Regulations. |
