1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The shop shall not be brought into use until a flush threshold has been provided at the entrance and the internal stairway has been removed. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the shop is 'accessible' in the interests of disabled persons. Informative Note. The applicant is advised that the Norfolk County Council's Highways Department has indicated that it must be provided with evidence showing that the applicant has a licence to maintain a structure overhanging the public highway before the shop is first brought into use.
