| 1. | The dwelling shall be served by a single shared access with gateposts set back a minimum of 4.5 metres from the carriageway edge. Any gates shall be hung to open inwards and side fences, not exceeding 1.05m in height, shall be splayed at an angle of 45 degrees from each gatepost. | 2. | A car parking and turning area shall be constructed within the curtilage of the site. The reason for the condition is:- To enable vehicles to enter and leave in a forward gear. |
| 3. | A 2 metre wide footway shall be constructed to Norfolk County Council specification along the frontage of the site and shall be adopted by exchange of letter prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby allowed. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of an adequate footpath at the front of the site. |
