| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The structure shall not be used for any other purpose than the for the purpose of abseil training and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reson for the condition is:- To ensure the tower is used in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this consent. |
| 3. | No advertisement shall be displayed on the structure without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To preserve amenity and prevent sdanger to road users. |
