| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The lighting shall be orientated and adapted to avoid excessive spillage that might prove detrimental to the interests of highway safety or navigation. Should the lighting prove to have any significant effect on the above considerations the applicant shall take steps to overcome this problem in accordance with details that shall have the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority.
