| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended drawing, Plan No. 4201/03/C, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd April, 1997. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the notes on the amended drawing mentioned in condition No. 2, details of the exact type and colour of all external materials to be used shall be submitted for the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority before any work commences on site.
