| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with
the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 4880-L3A, L12 and L13, received by the
Local Planning Authority on 11th March, 1997.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- |
| 4. | The Borough Council's Access Officer has requested that the following be
incorporated in the development to assist people with disabilities :-
(i) ramped approaches/exits (1:20 slope preferred),
(ii) level standings at doorways,
(iii) flush thresholds, and
(iv) wide (838mm minimum) easy to open doors.
