| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The windows in the north elevation of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be fitted with obscure glazing in accordance with the amendment endorsed by the agent on 11th February, 1997, and those windows shall not thereafter be fitted with any other form of glazing.
