| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority of the details of the internal layout of the accommodation to be provided together with detailed external elevations of the property showing the windows to be provided and such works shall be completed in accordance with the details that may be approved prior to the unit of accommodation being occupied. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and because such details had not been included with the application. |
| 3. | No part of the development hereby permitted shall encroach upon or overhang the adjacent footpath/highway and no door or window shall open over the footpath. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
