| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with Plan Nos. 2885:2D and 2885:3. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |
| 3. | The additional clubroom area shall not be brought into use until space has been provided and demarcated within the site in accordance with Plan No. 2885:2D for 33 no. cars to be parked. The works shall include the hard- surfacing of any existing unsurfaced area allocated for car parking and the widening and/or construction of accesses as indicated on the aforementioned plan. All parking space so provided shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles.
