No.Condition Text
1.The proposal is contrary to the provisions of Policy H.5 of the Norfolk Structure Plan in that the development of this site at the rear of existing houses fronting Main Road and accessed via an unmade track would not enhance the form and character of the village and its setting.
2.The proposal is contrary to the provisions of Policy HOU7 of the Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan (and the suggested changes thereto) in that the development would not meet criteria (a) and (c) of Policy HOU6 (or (a), (c) and (e) in the associated suggested changes).
3.The access track has severely restricted visibility to both traffic directions at its junction with Main Road and is unsuitable to cater for the traffic movements that the proposal would generate. Furthermore, the proposal is contrary to Norfolk County Council's policy of resisting development that is likely to increase slowing, stopping and turning traffic movements onto principle carriageways.
