1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	No work shall shall commence until the exact type and colour of facing brick to be used have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. Informative Note.
