| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The flank walls on the south side of the development shall be colourwashed white before the accommodation hereby approved is first brought into use. The reason for the condition is :- To provide some reflected light in the interest of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling. |
