1.	This permission expires on 14th.October 1998 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all caravans removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site which is required for future industrial and/or outer harbour development. Informative Note. a) This permission does not purport to convey Leasehold Consent for which a separate application must be made to the Borough Valuer and Estates Surveyor,Town Hall, Great Yarmouth. b) The applicant is advised that under the South Denes Regeneration Programme the Borough Council has firm proposals to demolish the disused toilet blocks on sites C1 and C2 and to improve the fencing alongside South Beach Parade.
