| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No work shall commence until details of the exact type and colour of facing brick to be used have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as no details of the materials have been submitted. |
| 3. | The storage building hereby approved shall only be used for storage purposes in connection with the adjoining shop at 10/11 Regent Street and shall not be sold or let as separate storage accommodation. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which lacks adequate servicing facilities for a storage use.
