| 1. | The proposal is outside of any town or village and for this reason, and in the absence of any of the exceptional reasons contained therein, is held to be contrary to Policy H6 of the approved Norfolk Structure Plan 1993. |
| 2. | The proposal is outside of any area where housing development may be allowed in accordance with policies HOU2 and HOU3 of the statutory Great Yarmouth South West Area Local Plan 1992 and, in the absense of any of the exceptional circumstances referred to in Policy HOU4, is considered to be contrary to the provisions of this Plan. |
| 3. | The proposal is outside of any area designated for residential development in the Deposit Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 1995 and is considered to be contrary to this document and to the policies of the Suggested Changes Report to this Plan that was published in June 1996. |
