2.The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 126/6A, received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th October, 1996. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

Attention is drawn to the attached letter and plan from Essex & Suffolk Water and the need to comply fully with the Company's requirements. 3. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following be incorporated in the proposed development to render the dwellings 'visitable' for people with disabilities :- (i) ramped approaches, (ii) level standings at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors.
