| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No work shall commence on the proposed ticket office until details of the design and external appearance of the building have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- Such details have not been submitted as part of this application. |
