| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | WARNING - This consent relates only to the works shown in the approved drawings and shall not authorise any works other than those indicated. The windows shall not be replaced without a separate application for Listed Building Consent having been submitted and approved. |
