No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Prior to any work commencing on the dwelling hereby permitted details of the vehicular access shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and works in accordance with such details as may be agreed shall be completed prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is:- Insufficient details have been submitted as part of the submitted application.
3.The access, once approved, shall be constructed in accordance with Norfolk County Council residential access specification prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of an access of an adequate standard to serve the development proposed.
4.The details to be submitted in condition 2 shall include the provision of a vehicle turning area within the site curtilage and the area shall be available for use once the property is occupied and shall thereafter be kept available for use. The reason for the condition is:- To enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety.
5.The eastern most access to the site shall be stopped up in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted and works in accordance with such details as may be agreed shall be maintained to prevent vehicular access being gained at this point. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety.
6.No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of these materials have not been submitted.
7.The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
