| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), hot food shall not be sold for consumption off the premises. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
