| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The parking area shown on the submitted drawing shall be laid out prior to the extension hereby permitted being brought into use and shall be maintained free of any stored materials or obstructions thereafter and kept available for the parking of staff and visitors cars. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the availibility of parking to serve the development proposed. |
