1.	Overcladding with brickwork is considered an inappropriate way of treating the exterior walls of this building and would not fit in with the architectural character of the Potter Heigham bridge area where a weather boarded finish would be far more in keeping. The proposals are considered to be contrary to Policy B11 of the Broads Local Plan (Deposit Version 1995) in respect of design and to Policy PHB1 in respect the requirement for developments in this area to positively enhance the built environment.
