| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The roof of the building hereby approved shall be covered with clay pantiles re-used from the existing building. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. Informative Note. The Area Engineer has indicated that no part of the development should impinge on or overhang the adjacent highway footpath. |
