| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The access shall be constructed entirely in accordance with the details shown on the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th.June 1996 before the new parking area is brought into use. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | Before any work is commenced a detailed scheme for the planting of shrubs behind the palisade to be erected shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and all planting in accordance with the scheme as may be approved shall be carried out within one year of the date on which the fencing is erected. The reason for the condition is :- To enhance the visual amenities of the area. |
