1.	The proposed extension constitutes an overdevelopment of a restricted site and if approved would result in insufficient amenity space within the site for the residents of the home the provision of which is already below that which is required by the policy contained in the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan Deposit Version.
2.	The proposed accommodation abuts a school playing field and it is considered that because of the noise and general disturbance likely to be generated by this recreational use the accommodation is inappropriate for occupation by elderly persons.Furthermore the window to one of the bedrooms impinges on the playing field and its installation relies on the removal of the existing boundary wall which is outside the area owned by the applicant
