| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the development shall encroach upon or overhang the adjacent footpath and the window shall be hung so as not to open outwards over the footpath. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of pedestrian safety. |
