1.	This permission is for a temporary period expiring on 30th. November 1998 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the structure shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the structure which is of a temporary nature and because the temporary consent for the use of the site for car sales expires on 30th. November 1998.
2.	The site shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the submitted layout plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the parking and turning areas shown are kept clear of obstruction and available for use at all times in the interests of highway safety.
