Means of access to and amended siting of six single storey dwellings. |
| 2. | No site works shall commence until the detailed specification for the
widening of Back Path to a minimum width of 5 metres along the whole of the
site frontage has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority and no dwellings shall be occupied until the widening has been
completed in accordance with the details as approved.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | No dwellings shall be occupied until the accesses onto Back Path have been
constructed in accordance with Norfolk County Council's residential access
specification.

In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | No hedges, fences, walls or other structures exceeding 1.05 metres above
the level of the adjoining carriageway shall be planted or erected within
the visibility splays at the junction of the private access road and Back
Path, and any planting carried out in those areas shall thereafter be
maintained at or below that height.
The reason for the condition is :-
To provide a measure of visibility in both directions along the highway in
the interests of road safety. |
| 5. | No dwellings on plots 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall be occupied until the private
road has been constructed in accordance with the details indicated on the
submitted plan, Ref: DKT 221295/001A.
The reason for the condition is :-
To provide the residents of the development with a satisfactory highway
approach to their property. |
| 6. | No dwellings on plots 1 and 6 shall be occupied until the turning area and
drive to which a dwelling relates has been constructed in accordance with
the details indicated on the submitted plan, Ref: DKT 221295/001A.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable vehicles to enter and leave the plots in a forward gear in the
interests of highway safety. |

protection of trees on development sites. The advice is particularly
relevant in this instance as three trees on the site are protected by a
