1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	No part of the development shall encroach upon or overhang the adjacent highway footpath. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has requested that,where feasible,the scheme should incorporate the following facilities in the interests of disabled persons:- a) ramped approaches b) level standing at doorways c) flush thresholds d) wide (838 mm.) easy to open doors e) ramped routes shall be provided where feasible in preference to steps. continued on next page.
