1.	The shape of the application site is such that the construction of three dwellings, as shown in the illustrative plans that accompany, would involve a form of development detrimental to the privacy and to the general amenities of surrounding residences and, by necessity, be served from a long, narrow private access which would be inconvenient for those servicing these properties. In view of the above the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policy HOU 14 of the Deposit Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan.
