| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The new access to the first floor flat shall not be brought into use until a drop kerb access (to Norfolk County Council's residential access specification) has been constructed to the car parking area. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of a satisfactory access to the car parking area and in the interests of highway safety. |
