| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans the exact amount of internal walling to be removed shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to any work commencing. The reason for the condition is: To preserve the earlier parts of the interior walling. |
