| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 1240 01. Revision A, received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th February, 1996. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the annexe is accessible for people with mobility difficulties. |
| 3. | The annexe shall only be used by the occupiers of Ambleside, Kings Loke, Hemsby, or by their dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling house or let seprately for holiday purposes.
