| 1. | The signs shall not be displayed other than in complete accordance with the revised drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st.April 1996 The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 2. | The maximum luminance of the signs shall not exceed the following values:- a) projecting signs - 800 cd/m2. b) fascia signs - 1200 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |
| 3. | No light source shall be directly visible to drivers of vehicles using the adjacent highways. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent glare or dazzle in the interests of highway safety. Informative Note. The applicant is advised that the Area Engineer has indicated that an appropriate licence must be obtained from the Norfolk County Council's Highways Department at County Hall,Martineau Lane,Norwich for any fixtures overhanging the public footpath. |
