| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The holiday accommodation shall be used soley for holiday purposes and shall not be occupied during the period from 31st December in any year until 1st March in the following year. The reason for the condition is:- The accommodation is unsuitable for permanent occupation. |
